Dr Jim Bradley is both the Treasurer and Environmental Subgroup Representative on the CNP board. Dr Bradley is currently Manager at Belfast Hills Partnership.
Mr Bernard Moane was appointed Chairperson of Colin Neighbourhood Partnership in September 2015.
Speaking of his appointment Bernard said:
"For the first time, the CNP Board decided that a member of the Colin community should lead it. To that end, I was chosen for a number of reasons. One particular reason is that I am a member of the Colin community and I have a proven track record of delivering Neighbourhood Renewal projects for the benefit of the Colin community and I will continue to do so. Over the last eight years I have held two posts: Vice-Chairman of the CNP Board and Chairman of the CNP’s Environment and Recreation Sub Group."
"Neighbourhood Renewal is a crucial and vital key aspect of improving the quality of life for all the residents of Colin and I will continue to promote it and support it in my new role. I should emphasise that everything that the management Team and I at CNP do, is done on behalf of the Colin community, and we intend to continue to move forward with a wide variety projects. More information about what CNP will deliver will feature in further editions of the 'Colin News' magazine."
"Finally, I should say a few words about Neighbourhood Renewal. It is a government initiative aimed solely to alleviate and eradicate deprivation through four interlinking strategic objectives. They are: Community Renewal, Economic Renewal, Social Renewal and Physical Renewal. I wish to assure you that I am committed to engaging with you to help realise a better future for all of you."
