Building Resilience-workshop for parents

Building Resilience:

In this 2 hour workshop facilitated by Parenting NI, parents will be introduced to tips and strategies to raise their childs resilience, whilst understanding the importance of raising resilient children.

This session is most relevant to parents of pre-school or primary age children.
