Breathe Yoga is a mindful approach to yoga, using the breath to support a healthy body and mind. Through mindful breath movement, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques, you will learn how to effectively de-stress the body and mind in a safe and nurturing environment.
Never done Yoga before? No matter if you are female/male, what your age, shape or fitness level, you will be able to take part. No previous experience is necessary.
