The Youth Inclusion Project
Our approach focuses on building close partnerships with parents, youth services, and health practitioners. We work with children and young people from 7 to 25 years who may have physical, sensory, AD/HD, Asperger's, and Autism syndromes that may hinder their full and equal participation in society. The youth project provides opportunities to socially interact with others and promotes social inclusion.
We also provide assistance and support to families caring for children with disabilities whether that is signposting, emotional support, or simply the opportunity to meet other families in the same situation. Our work provides respite and support for carers and siblings.
The Youth Inclusion Project is presently fully booked.
